Refund policy

We will not accept returns.

We will only accept returns if your item comes damaged, but that is unlikely because it's made with a super soft material.

If it does come damaged, please take a picture and send it to Ellikinknits@gmail.com, within 3 days of your package being delivered. We will go over the pictures and if necessary, we can send you a replacement but do ask that you pay shipping costs.
